Description[]
Tackling is a technique that just can’t be ignored. When you’re up against a striker executing a tackle has to be timed with the opponent’s attacks so that you can bring him to the ground. If it’s a reversed situation and your opponent is a wrestler having knowledge of tackles is just as important so that you are able to avoid them, counter them and be able to stand on your feet.
