Chico Fernandez was a hero in Mexico. Even those who didn’t know the name of the president knew him.
Two years ago he fought Yoshiki Takaishi, after taking control of the match the tides were turned when Yoshiki stopped following the rules of Lucha Libre turning the match into a street fight. The match ended when Yoshiki used his Cannon Driver crippling him.
