===Koukou Tekkenden Tough===
A year before the start of the series he gravely wounded a defenseless Shintaro Kakumaru during a fight and was imprisoned for the wounds he afflicted and attempted murder. Out on probation he acted as a witness of the between Shingo Aoi and Kichi.

Angered that Shingo allowed the Goetsu style to be dishonored by losing to he asked Kiba to let him handle Seiko then casually broke Shingo’s arm when he tried to stop him.

Disgusted by this action in addition to Genshu casually mocking the fact that he crippled Shintaro, Seiko didn’t even bother to fight him and instead defeated him using the
death stare.
