Ina (イナ, Ina) is a fictional character from manga series of Tough. His full name is Inagaki (稲垣, Inagaki).

Years ago, Ina accidentally hit a pedestrian killing him instantly. Afraid of what would happen, he ran instead of calling the police. Unfortunately, the guilt began to eat away from him. However, what hurt worse was his disgust at his cowardice at running away instead of staying and facing the consequences. Knowing that he could could never make up for his actions, he became a fighter and even though he threw up before every match, he swore that he would never run away from horrible things.
Ina fought against Gennai Tomashino during the Dark Fighting. The ref stopped the fight after Gen ripped apart the tendons in Ina's elbows. However, Gen still attacked and ended up rupturing Ina's carotid artery.
Ina was taken to the Shindou Family hospital.
