The is a 1500 year temple dedicated to the teachings of Chan Buddhism and martial arts.

The teachings of the Suuzan Shaolin temple are divided in 4 cycles of 3 years, which makes 12 years all together: the first 3 years are done with the feet and hands tied; the following 3 years are devoted to physical strengthening, then another 3 years to work the sight and the energy techniques. Finally during the 3 remaining years, the pupils study the boxing techniques.
