Ryuusei Nagaoka (長岡 龍星, Nagaoka Ryūsei) is the central protagonist of the Tough: Ryuu wo Tsugu Otoko manga series, created by series author and artist Tetsuya Saruwatari. He is called Mister Chin (ミスター・チン, Misutā Chin) in the Ankoku Butoukai.
Personality[]
Ryuusei is a gifted teenager who was bored with life due to his lack of challenges. He eventually discovers he is one of the many children of Kiryuu Miyazawa and thus destined to yearn for battle. Ryuusei is trained by Seiko Miyazawa both to make sure he remains on the right path and to match Kiichi Miyazawa (who has mysteriously turned to evil). Ryuusei finally finds a purpose in life in his visceral love of martial arts.
He is a very intelligent person. He passed a Japan-wide extremely exclusive exam with the best scores out of all the candidates. Due to inheriting Kiryuu's genes, Ryuusei, like his brothers, is inherently extremely talented just like his father, and would have become a powerful martial artists even with absolutely no training.

The Miyazawa family is gifted with superhuman developments in their leg muscles which renders them superhumanly strong and flexible. Ryuusei's legs are known as the Dragon Foot, particularly flexible among them. Ryuusei learned how to perceive foes even without his eyesight and fight blinded by extending his inner energy and sensing them, with the precision of a bat's echolocation. Ryuusei is gifted with an amazing instinct for defense, and under deadly pressure, it will awaken, gifting him with the power to prevail. Also, he was able to copy Kreangarg's technique and even improving it (making the Shin Cobra), despite having experienced either only once or twice.
