The School of Eiken is a form of Martial Arts based on Buddhist philosophies that is taught at the Black Dragon Temple
For the longest of times, it’s been said that fighters gain humility and wisdom through combat.
- Fist and Soul as One: To never lose sight that strengthening your physique is meant to improve your mind.
- Love and Strength Inseparable: Strength that does not come from justice is just violence, but feelings without strength are meaningless.
- Self Preservation as Motive: Protecting yourself must be the base of everything, defeating your opponent isn’t, even if he happens to be evil.
- Sacrilege it is to be a Nuisance for Others: The way of martial arts is meant as a way of self-improvement: in no way does it tolerate being used to harm others.
